- tech found aftermarket gps tracking device was installed on this vehicle and it was failing internally causing a draw in the system. tech found there still to be a draw after removal of the gps system, tech found a blown fuse that was causing communication issues that was forcing modules to be attempting communication all the times. now that the fuse is replaced, communications are restored now the system is no longer attempting to communicate and draw is gone
